Shipping Policy

At Belluga, we reject the culture of mass production. To ensure uncompromising quality and zero waste, our garments are manufactured in limited, highly controlled batches based on order volume.

Because every piece is custom-built for its capsule, our timeline looks a little different than traditional fast-fashion brands. Here is what you can expect when you place an order.

1. Production & Delivery Timeline

Your total wait time includes both Production Time (making the garment) and Transit Time (the courier delivering it).

  • Batch Production: Because we manufacture in deliberate batches, please allow 15 to 25 days for your order to be crafted, quality-checked, and dispatched from our studio.

  • Courier Transit: Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, delivery to your doorstep takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Note: We appreciate your patience. By waiting for your batch to be built, you are directly supporting a more sustainable, intentional way of making streetwear.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship domestically within India only at this time.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand to global drops in the near future.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We charge a simple, predictable Flat Rate Shipping fee applied at checkout on all orders nationwide.

4. Tracking Your Order

We partner exclusively with Blue Dart to ensure your premium streetwear arrives quickly and securely once it leaves our hands.

  • As soon as your order enters the production queue, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • The moment your batch is completed and handed over to Blue Dart, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your active tracking number.

  • You will be able to track your package step-by-step from our studio to your door.

5. Delivery Delays & Address Changes

  • Address Corrections: If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, you must contact us at support@belluga.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot alter delivery details.

  • Delays: While Blue Dart is incredibly reliable, occasional transit delays due to extreme weather or regional holidays can happen. If your tracking status hasn't updated in more than 3 business days after dispatch, please reach out to us so we can investigate.
