Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Because Belluga operates on a made-to-order sustainable model, every single piece is cut, sewn, and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps us eliminate fashion waste, but it also means we handle returns and exchanges differently than traditional mass-production brands.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window

We get it—sometimes mistakes happen. Because your garment doesn’t enter production immediately, we offer a 24-hour grace period after checkout.

  • If you change your mind or need to cancel your order for a full refund, you must contact us at support@Belluga.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

  • Once the 24-hour window passes, your order is locked into our production queue and cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.

2. Size Exchanges

We want you to love how our pieces fit. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the exact same item, subject to the following rules:

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send the original item back to our studio.

  • Condition: The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that show signs of wear.

  • Production Time: Because your replacement size will be made-to-order from scratch, standard production timelines will apply to your exchange.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our quality control, but if we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to report any issues.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect item:

  1. Email us at support@Belluga.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  2. Once verified, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the flawed product back to us.

  3. As soon as the item is in transit back to us, we will fast-track the production of a brand-new replacement product and ship it to you at absolutely no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage from transit, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items reported or returned after our 5-day inspection window.

  • Items purchased during seasonal archive sales or promotional clearance events.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
